The Barometer

The Haifa and North Barometer presents transactions that were signed in the two to three weeks prior to the reporting date, including properties that were appraised but not yet reported to the tax authorities. The official indicators reflect data from two months ago, but in the current real estate market, two months is a significant period. The barometer offers up-to-date and fresh data, allowing you to see the market’s condition immediately – whether prices are rising, falling, or stable.
