Valuation

The firm conducts property valuations for all types of assets and various purposes, including pre-purchase or pre-sale checks of real estate, valuations for assets in partnership dissolution proceedings, valuations for estate properties and their balanced distribution, estimation of fair use fees/rent, valuation of protected tenants’ rights, and valuations in proceedings against the Israel Land Authority.

We optimally apply different approaches for property valuation for each type of asset to ensure the most reliable and accurate valuations possible. Our team values a wide range of properties, including residential apartments, income-generating real estate, offices, industrial buildings, commercial properties, gas stations, nursing homes, and hotels.

The firm makes extensive use of innovative technologies, such as artificial intelligence for market data analysis and trend identification, drone surveys for property assessments, and computerized economic models for evaluating project feasibility. This technology helps us perform accurate and rapid valuations. We also use advanced algorithms for real-time macroeconomic analysis and early identification of trends and investment opportunities.

Work Process

The process begins with an in-depth study of the project, meeting with the tenants’ representatives, and identifying the specific needs of the project. If necessary, we analyze different alternatives from an economic, planning, and legal perspective, and examine the impact of each alternative on the various tenants. We then work with the tenants’ representatives to develop the optimal approach and assist in drafting the necessary agreements and contracts. Throughout the process, we provide ongoing advice and represent the tenants in dealings with all relevant parties.
